2004 Solara Mods

hey guys. i drive a 2004 solara SE sport 4cyl 5 spd.a couple questions:
1. can 2004 solara projectors work with HID bulbs or do i need to retrofit?
2. what intake/exhaust/headers will fit my car?
3. are there any high-quality turbos for my car yet?
4. does anybody else who drives this car get a grinding noise from your moonroof when you tilt it up/down? the dealer already replaced some wires that they said were faulty but this didnt fix it. (this usually happens in hot weather/direct sunlight)
5. my tire pressure indicator light keeps flashing but by tires are all at the right pressure...i checked. any ideas on what to do before i bring it to the dealer?
thanks for all your help

Re: 2004 Solara Mods

There are hardly any mods available for the 2004 Solara as of now, although there are a few developments that will be hitting the aftermarket within the next year. I do think that HID bulbs will work with the projectors, although there won't be too much difference in visibility. As for your moonroof, I think you should take it to Toyota before attempting to fix it yourself, plus the car's new, so it should still be under factory warranty.

About the moonroof

Hi there , I have a solara like yours, the tire pressure light that blinks all the time can be fix by the dealer. All he did is reset a button and it stop. About the noise in the moonroof need some grease to lessen the noise. I hope that help you . About the head lights I have no ideas.
