need help with 1988 pulsar nx se 1.8l

I have a 1988 nissan pulsar nxse 1.8l, The car will start and drive perfectly for aprrox. 15 min. then it will power down and die. It will not start again, until it sits overnight....I have replaced the computer, knock sensor, 1 fuel injector, spak plugs, starter, alternator, battery,..It runs great while it is running, (before I replaced the computer, it wouldn't accelerate until around 4000 rpm then it would take off), I am thinking that it may be the fuel pressure regulator or the fuel pump, has anyone had similiar problems and could help please.....thanks
