92 accord suspension

im thinking of getting the eibach pro kit for my 92 accord ex. the springs will lower the car 1.2 inches. What struts should i get so i can have a smooth ride? thanks.

You mean a smoother ride, there is no such thing a smooth ride on lowering springs because the springs are stiffer. If you can afford adjustable struts, those would be first choice - Koni Yellow, Tokico Illumina, KYB AGX for non-adjustable struts - Koni Red, Tokico HP, Bilstein.

so would the adjustable struts be smoother than the lowering springs?

Adjustable struts allow for tuning of ride stiff or soft using stock or lowering springs. I don't exactly understand your question . . . Springs lower . . .shocks/struts control springs . . . both required.

okay now i get it, that the adjustable struts will just control the stiffness or softness of the ride, but the springs are the actual lowering factors. Makes sense, thanks.

Right, now if you went with something like Koni yellow struts, there is an actual adjustable spring perch(change ride height 25mm max)
