Unhappy overheat problems, help me please

my 1993 cutlass is having problems i dont know what to do , i have changed the anticoolant ant the radiator cap ,the thing here is i try to hear the motor and sounds good , and doesn,t have themostat, the only detail that i get from the motor , sounds like out of time please help with your opinion

and doesn,t have themostat?

same thing happened to my car, I needed a new thermostat, I was very happy it wasnt anything big

Does your coolant look OK? (not the level--but the COLOR of the coolant.)

Also--make sure there isn't any debris such as leaves, road trash, etc lodged in front of your radiator.

I know really, my 88 cutlass is doing the same thing. It over heats after a short while. It will sound like it is about to give out because its idling so low. Then it will kinda rev up when it almost dies. Then after awhile it just starts stalling. Do you think I got the same problem?

woodflipper....your problem is probably the mass airflow sensor. replace.
