rough idle

my s 80 2.9 began to idle rough lately, checked plugs and the 3 on the passenger side of the car were dark rich fuel looking, 3 others look fine seem to work fine driving otherwise its harder on gas, idles around 600 rpm now oftens jumps to 800 for a second the continues tried good quality fuel injector cleaners and replaced plugs ...problem continues
