1999 Volvo S80 T6 twin turbo. It recently started acting up and today, it wont rev over about 2000 rpm, sometimes 1500 rpm. It will only go about 30 mph on a hill and barely make it up a hill. No check engine light. Only a service light. No codes present. What could cause this? Could a plugged catalytic converter cause this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
