Question AC / Heater Fan speed Switch

I have a 95 Cherokee which I've replaced the fan speed (AC/Heater) Switch 3 times with OEM part and once with after market HD Semi Tractor fan speed controll switch......ALL of these have Never lasted more than a few months...they burn out! No fuse problems...Hmmmm.

I would like to know which wires (color/location) to jump or hook up to toggle switch to get at least medium speed out of my blower motor....I am capable of wiring if I know which wires to connect.

Help PLEASE !!!
