2006 Grand Prix GT - Power Windows & Locks Not Working

Have a 2006 Grand Prix GT. Today my power door locks, trunk and windows stopped working. The remote is fine, the fuses are fine. All I hear when I press the remote buttons or the buttons on the door is a clicking noise underneath the dash. Anyone experience this or can direct me to a step by step method to find the problem (ie a shop manual)? As usual, I am 2,000 miles over the warranty period and my dealer wants nothing to do with goodwill - even after all the regular retail service I have done there and three cars! Many other problems as well. Thank God it's a lease ending next year. After that, bye-bye GM. No wonder they're broke....
