97 lumina p1671 code???

I went to autozone because my engine light was on and the guy said it was code P1671 Driver 4 Line 1. He said that it was an MIL? and asked him what that meant? He said he wasnt for sure [at least he was honest]

Anyway what does this exactly mean? i looked on the internet and all it says is MIL "malfunction indicator light" volt high/low. Is there a specific part that needs to be replaced or is it a failure in my electronics?

I know this is common to most of you but i am at best a novice when it comes to automobiles but i am trying to learn and save some cash by doing the little things myself {oil, filters, plugs and wires } but i know very little beyond that.
