Does anyone know where I could find a manuel for a 2002 Accent?

Go there: http://www.hmaservice.com/
This is the official Web Site of Hyundai.

Then create an account, log-in.
Then click on "Service Information" Tab.
Then click on "OM" (Owner Manual).
Then select Accent (LC), then select 2002.
Then click on the Accent 2002 link.

Then you can save your manual on your hard disk at right.
