02 2500HD cold starting

I have a 2002 silverado 2500 HD with the 6.0 V8. when the outside temp is in the low 40's and lower it idle's rough after starting. it pulses up and down several times almost stalling sometimes. it will do it about 4 times and clear up and run fine. as i said it only does it in the winter months when its cold out. last winter i replaced the idle air valve and cleanned the throttle body and spring came and it cleared up and once again its doing it since winter is back. any suggestions??

Throttle Positioning Sensor(TPS), most of the time when they are going bad, are bad, or some even can be adjusted they will cause this to happen, the idle to go from low to high or sometimes even stall an engine. I am not sure on your particular vehicle if it can be adjusted, I have my doubts though.
