92' lumina question

What should i put for exhaust on this car to open her up for a chip???, and also transmission won't upshift pass 2nd but if i pound it it'll skip to high rpms any thoughts on why?

as for tranny, could be the clutches are burnt and toasty, not enough fluid, solenoid not working, and the list goes on. as for exhaust and chip, no offense, but why would you want to?
