front mount intercooler

i got a front mounted intercooler kit.. and theres no paper work or anything and i was wondering if anyone knew of any websites that had instructions on putting it in the right way.. thnx

Yes, the size of the intercooler plays a huge roll in the installation... Of course there are many methods to installing them, it just depends on which one you will be able to do.

theres some pics of the finished project.. and an outside look to show u the car.. brand new turbo, intercooler now installed, boost controller, lowered.. more to come thnx

Good job! Its sort of a homely lookin core IMO, but thats not your fault... how do you like it?

I just noticed that the intercooler sits below the bumper slightly. You better be careful not to scrap the front end. Especially since its lowered now.

I scrapped my car going into a drive and left 2 nice dents in the bottom channel of my intercooler. It doesn't leak but you still need to be careful.

yea i havent drivin the car yet cause im just fixin it up and doing some minor mods first.. so when i drive it i wont have to worry about spending a day fixing something.. but i did drive it before the intercooler was installed and it was pretty damn fast so i cant wait to see how it drives and sounds now with the intercooler and hks SSQV blow off valve installed.. ill add more pics when i get some more shit done to it.. thnx for checking it out

no im not.. i tried running it with out it recirculating and it ran the same.. just alil rich when i let off the gas for a split second but w.e its all good.. still ran good. and theres no CEL on
