Seat Disassembly

I need to replace the seat back lever and repair the back cushion in my e36 320i. I cannot figure out how to disassembly the seat.
Did you discover how to do it?

If it's anything like my 93 E36, there are two pieces you'll need to pop out first: two side cushions. These two side cushions are easy to pull out. Just pull from the top of the cushion. There are no screws/bolts involved. Just pull from the top. After the two side cushions are free, The whole bottom cushion will pop out as well.

Many thanks for your comments but my problem was with the back cushion of the front seats. The ones with levers.

That post is from 2001, I completely forgot it.
