Exclamation 96 regal limited 3.8

So my cars been studdering and chugging so the engine light has come on and started flashing so i got a code reader and this is the code it gave me.

P0441

Evaporative emission control system incorrect Purge Flow


so is this what the problem is and has anyone had this problem or code and know how much it will cost to fix it...

Po441 will not normally cause your symptoms. This is an evap emissions issue. For now I would check fuel pressure first. The lite flashing indicates a mis fire issue, which has many causes, plugs, coil, icm, plug wires for some possibilities.
