Lift Kit Help

Well, Im kinduva new at this stuff and I am needing some help finding a cheap, yet quality suspension lift for my ford ranger.

Its a 97 Ford Ranger with a 4 cylinder engine, 2wd. Im wanting a three inch lift.

Any suggetions on where i could purchase one? What about tire and rim size to match?
