94 GP high idle and rough shift.

Hey, my GP has just started to idle high (nearly 2000 in park and neutral). I've checked all my hoses, cleand the intake and still have the prob. Also, when leaving a stop light driving normally I have to let off the gas to shift. I'm lost and not sure what eles the prob could be.

sounds like tps.is check engine lite on?

Causes could include a sticking/bad IAC valve, intake vacuum leak, or TPS.

Well I brought the car in the shop and the tech tried to tell me that the motor mouts were bad (or at least the bushings) after I had told him that it might be the IAC, also that there might be something internaly wrong with the tranny. Yes the SES light is on, but once and a while will go off.

and the code causing the check engine light to come on is?

The code is low voltage TPS. I found a broken wire for the TPS but that has not fixed the problem. Maybe its the TPS itself?
