I think Safari's are pretty good people haulers
![]() My wife and I had an 86' 4.3 2WD with 455,000+ miles on it and only replaced the usuall tune up stuff, 1 alternator, 1 starter, and a battery or two. Now thats reliability ! It did die when the oil pump went out on a Long trip home ![]() Those were the days ........ My MIL has a 95" AWD with 350K+ miles, which recently has a rear end whine/moan .... A bearing I suspect. Just thought I'd share some Safari Luv
