1986 E150 Passenger Van

Looking to get rid of a 86 E150 Passenger van, has 302 engine that runs but i believe either the fuel switcher valve is bad or the in tank pumps are bad, I had it running last weekend with a hose in a fuel can connected to the high pressure pump but will not run from the tanks. Van has been sitting for a couple years so the tanks also need to be drained. Has new high pressure pump, brakes and a bunch of other stuff. Van is located in Anderson South Carolina asking $500 obo.
