Shifting problem solved
After I took apart my transaxle I found out what was keeping me from shifting 1st and 2nd gear. The roll pin on my 1 and 2 shift fork broke off, so the shift rod was just sliding through the shift fork. Such a little piece messed up my car. It is amazing how such little pieces matter. I'm still going to replace the syncro blocker rings and bearings.
