improving radio reception?

Hi:

Just bought an '06 Tucson GLS this weekend; love it, love it! The radio reception doesn't seem to be as good as in my old 2000 grand am however, and I'm wondering if anyone knows of any reception 'boosters' that I could try? I live 7,500 ft up in the mountains of new mexico.
