2.2L cylinder head specs

I took the head off of my engine for a port and polish job. I was wondering if anyone would happen to know the head rebuild specs (1997 2.2L OHV), valve stem height, valve spring installed height, etc.

I put it on the flowbench today to get a baseline before actually taking any material away, 200 cfm on the intake @ .500" lift, and I'm not sure but I think the exhaust side came out to about 165 cfm. Much better than I expected. Between the port/polish, port match and 3 angle valve job I should be able to get a decent power gain out of it.

Valve stem height would be great if you know it.

Thanks, much appreciated.

Re: 2.2L cylinder head specs

Thanks anyways, I appreciate the help.

If you were curious, I got a 14 cfm increase on intake and exhaust @ .500" lift. Intake went way up by about 30 cfm @ .100" lift though. I am happy with the results.
