92-95 Honda civic si type-r, SiR conversion?

I want to do a type r or SiR conversion but i dont really know what engine parts make up the type r and sir, i know pistons and thats about all, does anyone know any good jdm pistons? But i want to know like the body styling and interior but mainly just the engine and internal stuff. Does anyone know what the hp might be on one of those?
