if it slips it wont screw up the car just lose some boost at high rpm range. most people run 3.4 pulley fine with the stock belt and tensioner. if you want to buy a 3.5" tensioner pulley for like $15 go for it. it will not make any difference under 4k rpm but you may see a small amount more boost/hp above 4k rpm. (i just depends on how often you floor it and rev up to race) the tension is very easy to install, (lots easier than s/c pulley) just use a 15mm ratchet and losen the bolt by pushing the ratchet towards the seats. (the s/c tensioner is shown in the manuel that came with the car) its the one that is right below the s/c pulley.

Well I floor it at least 3 or 4 times a day while I drive and if someone wants to race of coarse ill give em supercharged power but..do u think that without the tenstioner pulley it will give me a big disadvantage or a hardly noticeable disadvantage? OH! and do I need to have the supercharger pulley off when I do the tenstioner pulley because the belt will be to tiet to take the pulley off?

its not something you will notice but if you have the extra $15 later in time then go for it. you dont need to remove anything but the tensioner pulley to replace it. i can change one out in less than 10 minutes with only a 15mm socket.
