Hit a tire, blew airbags

This morning on the way to work at 4:30am I hit a tire in the middle of the fast lane with my '95 Del Sol, S. Didn't do any damage to the car (went right down the middle), but for some reason both of my airbags blew. Does anyone have an airbag lying around? I know some of you have taken you passenger one out for more storage. How much does it cost to replace them?

thanks,

DiverDuane

Re: Hit a tire, blew airbags

I've got new sensors, a new computer, and a passenger side bag out of a teg (the cover won't fit the sol, but you can find the cover for $10.. it's the airbag that's hard to find...). You need to replace everything cause the computer is only usable once, as are the sensors. Once the bags blow, they're all rendered useless. shoot me a PM if you're interested in this stuff... hell if you're really interested and make me a good offer I can get you a driver's side bag (the one out of my sol)
