Where is it leaking? The 3.2/3.5 engines have an aluminum lower skirt or belly pan to the block, then a small stamped steel pan, where the engine oil drain plug is. The small steel pan has no clearance issues that I am aware, but the belly pan would be a major job. That belly pan is just sealed with an RTV from the factory, all of it is for that matter.
