what engine do i have

i have a 88 pathfinder and need to know the engine code. its a v6 TBI.

On Nissan,the fourth digit of the VIN indicates the engine your vehicle is equipped with also there is a sticker under the hood that will indicate engine size of your vehicle.

Pathfinder (1998-2000) engine code 'A' 3.3L

(2001-2004) engine code 'D' 3.5L

(2005) engine code 'A' 4.0L
