Hi, I've had my alero for about three years and just bought a car starter earler this year. I would really like to install it myself rather then take it to a car dealership which would charge a lot of money $300-more? The dash seems to be one large piece and somewhat difficult to remove. Does anyone have a suggestion as to a book to buy or how to remove the dash? There are a LOT of screws holding it in and they are not all easy to find. Any help, suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Re: Car-starter installations difficult on 2001 Alero?
I would not tackle this myself, it may not settle back in its spot. my to 2 cents.
