99 3.4 GA vs.

I was wondering about the outcome of my 99 3.4 grand am GT vs. my friends 96 monte carlo z34. These cars are stock except he has a cheap cone filter,and no mufflers and all I have done was taken out my MAF screen(that does alot,lol).I know he has more power(stock is like 225hp and 210 lb/ft) but his car is also like 250 lbs heavier. Im pretty sure he can take me,but Ive been in his car and mine seems like it is faster,especially in the lower rpm's. Just looking for the input of others.

Yep. You're right. He'll win. He'll destroy you low end, and you'll kind of not be smoked as bad top-end, but he'll deffinately end up winning.
