Heater circuit codes O2 sensors, 2000 GT

I am getting codes P0135, P0141, P0155 and P0161 which are all related to the heater circuit malfunction. Replaced all 4 O2 sensors, had computer checked, checked plugs, wires and fuses. Does anyone have any ideal of where to go next? Codes P1409, P1451 and P0443 also came up at the same time as the other codes. Please help if you can. Thanks
