Unhappy Rear Air Fan Control

I bought my van (2000 Venture) used about 3 years old. Everything was perfect. Then my rear air fan control quit working. At first it would work occassionally, but now it won't work at all. It sounds like something is loose in the over head controls. Any suggestions on what it might be?

May just be a loose connector. These controls should be fairly easy to remove and inspect. Check the link below.
