Fog lights question
How come some cars' fog lights only illuminate the top half of the bulb? Like in this picture
http://www.pontiac.com/grandprix/images/bg_image17.jpg I've seen this on other cars too. Anyone know what the purpose of this is and is it possible to also make the whole thing light up?
