Convertible Mustang GT with Saleen/Roush Conversion w/ Side-Exit Exhaust and 22" Rims

This is a Convertible Mustang GT I did with somewhat of a Roush/Saleen Conversion. Post your replies and let me know what you think!

Before:

After:

After with a Top On It:

Mods:
1. Removed side graphics, spoiler, door handles, locks, and side moldings
2. Candy Red paint
3. Lifted car and added 22" Lowenhart LDRs
4. Added GT hood scoop
5. Added Saleen S7 Mustang spoiler
6. Added Saleen S7 Mustang side scoop
7. Added Roush Mustang Stage III Kit with side exit exhaust
8. Added Speedster Rear Seat Delete Cover Conversion
9. Added interior colored roll bar
10. Added body-colored interior accents
11. Added mirror tint
12. Added GT side emblem
13. Cleared Headlights

Before anyone else points it out, I know the spoiler doesn't look right. That's because it came from another pic with different lighting.

And one more thing, before anyone mentions the fact that sportscars and 22 inch rims don't go together, this is only a photoshop.
[I would sit it on 20's instead ]

Well since the first complaint was the wheels, I thought I'd post an update with different wheels on a blacked out version. Hope you like it. And let me know what you all think of my new signature. You Can't Miss It..

Oh you didn't know about the big rims? that's how it's done in the southern part of the country; Whatever size rims you can fit on 35-30 profile tires that's bigger than your stock tires and fill out the wheel well. That's the law..

On the top of the other remarks the side exhaust looks too much stuck on, shame cause the bodywork looks fine. Most disapointing, if you advertise your work on every single thread you reply to, make sure it's near to perfection.

What? You never saw a pimped out Mustang?? Maybe that's cause you're not from the SOUTH!! That's how we do it, all day.. EVERYDAY!!
I just saw an old school candy green convertible 65 Impala wit 22" green plates behind the davin spinners, and I know somebody who actually got 20's to fit on a 00 accord coupe: Sik Wit IT. Ya'll oughta come down here to the dirty and see how we do it!!

??There's nothing wrong with your signature, I never mentioned your signature, what I was talking about is all the messages you have put on other thread like "blabla bli blablabla, and come to see my mustang on 22's" or "bliblibli blablabla, come on check my mustang on 22's" I just find it annoying that's all.

It may be ok if you use large rims, but on photoshop, try to find hign resolution rims to put on...
Your black paint job looks like its primer.
Keep practising!

Re: Convertible Mustang GT with Saleen/Roush Conversion w/ Side-Exit Exhaust and 22" Rims

i agree the pic of the wheels need to be a higher resolution. the body work looks pretty good but ive seen better. and as far as it being a car from the dirty south well i live in the south and i have southern pride and i drive a mustang. but yeah ive seen cars with 20's - 26's but that dont mean that they are pimped or blingin. my cuz put 20's on a del sol but that dont make it pimp....its just a show car and hes doing ALOT of other stuff to make it stand out besides just 20's. hes shaved everything, molded all the body work, done lambo doors, relocated the tag and gas cap, removed door handles, fog lights, tag, brake lights, done full motor swap, removed the spoiler and put a quite exhaust on it. hes also loaded it with tv's, dvd, subs, mp3 player, fiberglassed all the interior, and still alot more but it dont mean its pimped just b/c it has 20's. hes also got a h2 with 28's on it. and yeah you can put 22's on a car and it look ok but personally i think anything bigger then 18's on a mustang just doesnt look right. just my 2cents tho.

Oh, I just wanted peeps all over the country to see my Mustang. I think that I put a lot of time and effort in sitting it higher to fit the rims, and shaving it all up real good, and getting the body work done right. But it's all good though.

Yeah, I agree with everyone about the blurry rims, I should have sharpened them up a bit. And about the black paint. I never have been able to do black paint to good so if anyone has any pointers I'd be glad to hear them!

I'm sorry if people think that I think that just because a car has huge rims on it that it's tight. I didn't mean it like that although a lot of people do think so. I think that everything that I did to my Mustang makes it tight and the rims to me make it that much better because that's my style, but it's all good though. I think putting 24" and 26" rims on a car is totally over kill though. I think your cousins del sol makes a fire-ass show car and I would like to see pics of it.

Thanks everyone for your comments, keep 'em comin!
