I really like the gen 2 over the 1st gen projectors. More trick looking.
I used to have trouble getting your site to work but it loads great now. I'll try sending you some pics when I take some new ones with my euro tails and hopefully the new gen 2 projectors...

yea...tell me about it. as soon as we hit 300+ visitors a day the site had bandwidth "issues". the site was using something like 1GB of bandwidth ond had 4000 pages viewed a day *yikes*

i moved the site to a spot where bandwidth was no longer a problem. i think i finally found a good spot for the site

sorry, no projectors on my ride yet all my plans got switched around when my engine troubles and the wreck happened in the same month. i upgraded from 89 to 90 fenders, JDM corners, JDM sidemarkers, and full WW kit. keep your fingers crossed for the "new" engine to go in this weekend.

i have drawn a line. the last mods will be USDM spec SiR hood, projectors, rear disc brakes, and JDM rear seat (if i can get my hands on one). and then i will call it quits. the car will be done. but don't quote me on that...you might make me a liar (LOL)

man, it's cool chatting with ya. didn't see you much on HB

Dude, It'll never be done. Been working on mine for 7 years. Something new always comes out that you have to get. Oh well, what can you do. What kind of engine swap you doing. Still the d16??

long story short...i made the mistake of taking my car to a mechanic for a simple head gasket. i have no idea what they did. all i know is i have been through 2 head gaskets since nov/dec and my car is about to blow another one. i'm lucky if they car will start in the morning.

so i picked myself up a d16y8 sohc v-tec engine (with only 12,000!). you know me...i'm a huge fan of the D series.

i know i'll end up doing more...that's why i said "don't quote me" i say i'm gonna draw the line. but we'll see what actually happens.

ami
ps. if you have pics to send me...please feel free. i will gladly add them to the photo section

Unhappy Headlights

Sorry I'm taking so long in posting the pics of my headlights. My friend has to burn 'em on a CD for me, and he's taking his sweetass time. They look SWEET on my car though, not sure if they'll really turn out in the pictures cuz of glare. They're bright as hell too! The only thing is, the black housing looks kinda weird with the corner lenses, but since you're getting the chrome housing, you shouldn't have a problem. I just ordered a set of clear corners which I'm going to paint amber.

Yeah, I've got the cervini's hood, and most of the WW RS kit (skirts, door caps, rear bumper), just waiting for my front bumper ("bomb" from versusms.com) to come in, then the whole car is getting a coat of Dark Bowling Green Metallic (used on the new C5 Corvettes). Can't wait to see how it turns out! Then I'm swapping in a ZC with upgrade to Turbo shortly thereafter.

Would love to get back up to Canada one of these days, would be really cool to see your car in person!

i have seen the USDM spec SiR hood in CF. however, i would rather get fiberglass.

here are the black projectors:

actually he's been playing around with the corners. he's going to strip the shiney silver out so they are just clear.

don't ask me how he's gonna do it. i have no idea. i know they boiled the first set. and it seemed to work great until they noticed the corners warped.
