93 Dakota Heater Fan

The heater a/c fan quit working. The blue a/c compressor light will still come on but no life from fan selection function. No manual. What can I check without big bill?

Check all your fuses first(under dash on driver side), then check the blower motor resistor(under hood passenger side on firewall), then check the motor itself( under dash passenger side).
