electrical problems need help

i have a 95 jetta and the moon roof wont open, the speed odemeter dont work, and the interior lights dont work if anyone has any suggestions on what it may be pls contact me via email at [email protected] i would really appreciate it thanks alot

You may be lucky and it's something simple.
Sometimes the fuses build up oxidation (in this case a white powdery material).
If you remove the fuses, wipe them with very fine sand paper and reinistall them (do one at a time) this may help. Many a jetta has been towed when this was all that was needed. Check for blown fuses while your at it.
The next option would be to check for disconnected wires. For so many things to be out of order, it could be one of your wiring harnesses. A likely place for it to be disconnected would be from the back side of the fusebox.
