Re: sport rear seat removal/question

the rear seat flips up, or you can just unbolt it from the foot well space.

There is no room under the seat, and below the pan in the drive shaft.

Maybe you could mount it to the back of the rear seat?

Re: Re: sport rear seat removal/question

you say it flips up, you mean it folds down correct? or does the seating area flip up also? anyway the answer i was looking for was 'no room'

i may mount to the back of the seat.. was wanting to hide some stuff from prying eyes, but hey if they want it they can get it.. thanks amigo-2k

Re: sport rear seat removal/question

It flips down (so where your back touches while sitting in the seat flips down to where your butt sits).

and then if you open up the back door and then look at the bottom of the seat in the middle there is a pull strap to release the seat to flip it up. Then on the floorboards in the rear passenger seat (between the two) there is a metal tie down that a second strap can hook into so the seat doesn't flop around.
