99 civic SI rim on 94 civic dx hatch

Hi,

I want to put 99 Civic SI alloy wheels on my 94 civic dx hatch. What is the offset of 99 SI rim? I think the bolt pattern the same(4x100) on 99 SI and my 94 dx hatch, right? Will they fit on my car without modification ?

Thanks!
