I NEED HELP!! i found a pontiac 350 with a pontiac turbo 350 tranny from a 70's model pontia. i planned on putting a 350 chevy into my s-10. with the pontiac 350 wrk???? HELP ME I NEED AN ANSWER BY 10AM TOMORROW!!!

Chevy 350 is a small block..Pontiac didn't make small/big blocks, BUT all of Pontiac's engines have about the same external dimensions as a Chevy big block.
So if it is a true Pontiac engine & trans..sure you can make it fit, but the "kits" for putting in a Chevy 350 won't be of any help. |

Depends on the years, well not really, read on...
Modern day firebirds use chevy engines. Older firebirds used their own engine, and it will bolt in.
