Turn Signals Do Not Work

Neither of the turn signals are working in my girlfriend's Cabrio. The fuses are fine. Is the car a series circuit where one being out would prevent both from working?

My relay works for the hazards.. but when the turn signal switch the idiot light stays on w/o any blinking. I'm clueless I need help with this problem too.

Chris, it still could be the relay. Do all the lights flash with the hazard? If so there may be enough current draw to let the flasher work in 4/way mode, but not with only two bulbs in the t/s mode.
