so I have a friend who is a loan officer for a real estate company. He does refinancing for people and that kind of stuff, i am just now learning how to do it.

So i reffered my parents to him and I am going to start working with him too. So because i reffered my parents to him and I am helping him with this loan...

I AM GOING TO GET $1,400.00 (USD) JUST FOR DOING SOME PAPERWORK AND REFFERING MY PARENTS!!

My car will be on the road in no time with that money. Who cares about my girlfriend cheating on me when I can have my CRX out of the garage and eating up Suburu's again!

Finally something positive is going to come my way...

I should get the money in about a month when the loan closes.

Temporarily a new ZC, and a b20 by the end of summer. if i start working full time in the office at this place, maybe a lot earlier.

But a ZC to hold me over until i can save for the b20/vtec i am planning on.
