I have a Garett/Airesearch T3 turbo from a older volvo it is water cooled, not sure what year. I was using it on my d16z6 but am selling everything for an engine swap. It worked fine when I took it off, always boosted great. It has very little shaft play and spins freely. All the fins look perfect. Its got a 42 ar compressor and a 48 ar turbine wheel. Internal 10.5psi wastegate. If your picky about the shaft play im pretty sure you can pick up a rebuild kit for around $80. I want $50. Let me know if you want any pics.
