engine swap, 1991 3.1 engine to 1990 car

I have pulled a 3.1 engine out of a 1991 Lumina that was in operation and put it into a 1990 Lumina and believe I have everything hooked up. There is spark and fuel pressure but no electricity to the injectors after checking with noid lite. Do these 2 years have a change in the wiring harness? THE COMPUTER SPEC. IS THE SAME FOR BOTH YEARS AND WE HAVE TRIED BOTH ECMS. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN.

Just wanted to be sure. Despite my experience, I sometimes neglect the obvious.

Thanks Jeff for responding. We finally found that we needed the wiring harness from the 1990 car's blown engine in order for the engine from the 1991 car to run while placed in the 1990 car. In runs good now.
