95 millenia wont start for nothing

Hi all, I just bought the car and now the thing wont even start, I think it has something to do with alarm and thats what is not letting the car start but if ne1 had this problem and knows what to do or how to disable the factory alarm completely or nething at all would really be appreciated. Right now im considering buyin a remote for it programming it and maybe that will work but if ne1 knows ne tricks for these cars please help. Thank you much everyone
