Ground Control adjustable springs VS. lowering springs

for a '97 integra gs-r, which would you recommend for lowering about 2"? how do the ground controls compare to either eibach sportline or neuspeed race springs? i will also be getting koni yellow shocks, so which do you recommend?

well it depends what you want. If you want the adjustable ride height, go with the Ground Controls, if your content with just one height, go with the Eibachs.

will either the eibachs or the neuspeeds sag over time? i've heard from different people that the eibachs sag and the neuspeeds don't, and i've heard the opposite, that the neuspeeds sag, and the eibachs don't. which, if any, are true?

Not that it exactly applies, but I previously had the Eibach Pro-kit on my '89 Integra, paired with the Tokico HPs. Handled decent, although I still craved the adjustable Ground Controls, with the opportunity to swap in different spring rates if I wanted. Just 2 months ago, I installed some GCs with 325 lb. Eibach springs, along with some Koni Yellows. Handles like a dream now. I'm very satisfied.

If you're looking to adjust ride height, or want the option to substitute a softer/stiffer spring in the future, then I would recommend the Ground Controls. Very convienent.
