Bodywork
I've got a 1993 240sx with bits of rust that are apparently "on pretty much all 240s of that generation.." from some guy who was lookin at my car... its right at the seam on the rocker panel and can be seen when the doors are open.. (i'm sure most of you know what i mean, if not, i'll try and get a pic put on soon)
anybody know what i'd have to do to fix this?? -replace the whole rocker panel? -patch it up? -anything more that i don't even want to think about????? thanks.. |

Re: Bodywork
really it depends on how deep the rust has rusted through. If its surface rust then its all good. Shit sands off, then a fresh coat of primer and paint will cure the prob. But if the metal is kinda just disintegrated away then......and not all 240s from that gen have rust...i see more without than with. But either way get it fixed dont hold off.
