How to install new air box?

I ordered this air box along with a ram air hood from www.ramairhood.com for my 2001 TransAm:

It didn't come with any installation instructions, but looking at the stock air box it seems like it's just a simple matter of unbolting and taking out the stock box and bolting in the new one in it's place. Is it that simple, or is there something else I need to do that I'm not seeing?

no you have it thats all yuou need to do. im pretty sure (its been a while) that the things holding in your airbox are opne time use plastic clips so hopefully your new box came with new clips.... it is real easy it took me about 1 hour to take out my old air box and modify it so i know it wasn't complicated
