how smart are you?
i have a 96 civic dx that has a code for the eld, i have replaced it the bateery and alternator. i can clear the codes and put a new fuse in then start the engine and the check engine light does not come on untill i rev it up, then the fuse blows and the check engine light comes back on and all lights flicker, fuse for the eld is also same fuse for the VSS.
