On The Pass. Side I Hear A Whine And I'm Not A Rearend Man So Maybe Someone Here Can Give Me An Idea On What May Be My Problem. Chances are it's your driveshaft. Do you get a vibaration in 4th and 5th when the clutch in engaged? Bolting up a nice alum driveshaft should take care of any annoying harmonic vibrations.

Re: 1991 Notchback W/3:73

Mine roared exactly like that until I put in the aluminum driveshaft.
