definition unavailible

I have a 96 ranger that has a check engin light on. When I took it to the garage they plugged there computer in and recieved code 1443 no definiton available. They cleared the code and the next day it came back. They are not sure what the proble is and just want to change parts. I have to get the emissions tested and need it fixed. Whats the problem?

Possible solution??

Disconnect the batery for 15min and restart. This is only a temp solution.
Replace your o2 sensors, before and after the cat. Will run about $110 for the both.
Check the fuel injectors.
Check your fuses.
Check filters.

This site might help as well:

Good Luck
